Return/Exchange Policy

Because each item is custom made to your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a defective product.  Please use the size chart to ensure you order the correct size.

If you receive a damaged or defective item you must notify us of it within 3 days of receipt.  We'll replace your item at no cost to you or issue a full refund.  

Please use our Contact Us page to let us know which item(s) are defective and include a picture of the defect.  Please be sure to include the order number, your name, and contact information.
